The dual-gantry design allows two independent inkjet heads to operate simultaneously, significantly increasing marking speed and efficiency, ideal for high-volume production.
Mixed-Part Recognition Capability
Different shapes and component types can be loaded together. The software automatically identifies templates and performs accurate marking for flexible production.
High-Speed Precision Inkjet Technology
Featuring a high-frequency industrial inkjet head, the system delivers fine and consistent marking dots with adjustable dot size, compatible with disappearing ink, fluorescent ink, and other specialty inks.
High-Precision Motion Control
Powered by imported servo motion modules and synchronous belt transmission, the machine provides high-speed operation, excellent stability, and repeat positioning accuracy up to ≤0.1mm.
