1. Dual-Platform Design
The innovative shuttle dual-platform allows operators to load materials on the external platform while the laser actively cuts inside. Once the cycle finishes, the next sheet is pushed in immediately. This workflow drastically minimizes idle time and elevates production throughput to a new level.
2. Specialized Honeycomb Table
The machine features a 10mm large-cell zinc-iron alloy honeycomb working table that effectively minimizes laser reflection and reduces backside scorching or material damage during processing.
Combined with a powerful vacuum adsorption system, the table keeps semi-rigid materials flat and stable during processing. Additional knife strips support underneath further improve material support and cutting accuracy.
3. High-Power CO2 Laser Source
Equipped with a 500W CO2 laser tube, this laser cutting machine delivers powerful cutting capability. It ensures perfectly perpendicular cuts and a fine edge finish on thick or laminated flexible materials, eliminating the need for secondary trimming.
4. Full Servo Motion Control
Both X and Y axes are driven by high-precision servo motors, providing fast response, high positioning accuracy, and stable motion performance for complex and precision cutting applications.
5. Vacuum Adsorption & Exhaust System
Zero-Displacement Vacuum Lock: To resolve the shifting issues inherent to semi-rigid sheets, the machine is equipped with an ultra-strong 4KW bottom exhaust system. The negative pressure tightly locks the material flat against the table, ensuring intricate geometries and small holes are executed with registration accuracy.
Dual-Zone Extraction: A synchronized 1.1KW upper extraction system, paired with internal air ducts, establishes a comprehensive fume-capture network. It clears heavy smoke rapidly, maintaining crystal-clear enclosure visibility and protecting the optical pathways.
