It is best suited for label converters that need to extract finished and through cut parts and labels; most often label converters handling sticker and decal orders. This machine comes with an extraction unit that separates your finished label products onto a conveyor. Add-on converting options are available to further enhance your label applications.

This laser die-cutting system is designed to handle both roll-to-roll label production and roll-to-part converting applications with exceptional precision and flexibility.
The standard configuration includes an unwinder, web guiding system, laser cutting module, waste removal unit, and rewinder. For added versatility, the rewinder can be switched to an extraction module that automatically separates finished stickers or parts onto a conveyor for easy collection.

Rapid Processing Speeds
Full cut, kiss-cut, engrave-mark, perforate and score cut the web in continuous, start-stop or tracking version (cuts longer than cutting area) with web speeds up to 100 meters per minute.
Dynamic Speed Adjustment
Automatically adjusts the laser head movement speed according to the complexity of the cutting path. Straight lines are processed at high speed, while corners are decelerated to ensure cutting precision.
Precision Cutting
Produce very simple or complex geometry not achieveable with rotary die cutting tools. Superior part quality that cannot be replicated in the traditional die cutting process.
PC Workstation & Software
Through the PC Workstation you can manage all the parameters of the laser station, optimize layout for maximum web speed & yields, convert graphics files to be cut & reload jobs and all parameters in seconds.
Vision System - Cut to Print
Allows precision cutting of improperly positioned materials with cut-print registration of 0.1mm. Vision (registration) systems are availabile for registering printed materials or pre-die cut shapes.
High Productivity
Supports unwinding and rewinding with tension control for continuous high-speed production. Eliminates the need for traditional dies - patterns can be switched instantly via software, ideal for short runs and multi-variety orders.
